In 1 CORINTHIANS 7:14, being holy is opposite to being unclean. Therefore, to be holy means to be clean. How? More than anything, this is talking about SPIRITUAL cleanness. JAMES 1:27 explains: "The form of worship that is clean and undefiled from the standpoint of our God and Father is this: ... to keep oneself without spot from the world." Jesus also explains it this way: "... true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth...” --JOHN 4:23, 24. BASED ON TRUTH not LIES.
