Arghhhhh, dealing with paperwork after bereavement is so hard. My mum passed in April and have had to order replacement death certificates twice for my dad who passed 17 years ago as I discovered joint accounts that were still open! Sorry for your loss. If you had any dealings with a cemetery...check inside the folder packet they give you. My Mom had taken her Dad's DC to the Cemetery office & stuck it inside the folder they gave her & forgot about it. But that is where we found it.

I lost my dad back in 2009. I was in a state of constant forgetfulness for several months so I don't know if that might be related but just be patient with yourself and it sounds cliche but give it time, it is so true. Biggest congratulations Michele ! I’ve moved 25 times in my life and 8m 53..most of those were in my 20-30’s for my work . I got married when I was 41 and since then we’ve moved three times and are looking to move right now as soon as we find a new home. As much as I hate the stress of packing I LOVE the thrill of looking for a new home and decorating a new home. To me moving represents a fresh start, kind of likening wiping the slate clean and gett8ng a chance to start over ...but the best is definitely the financial gain. Where I live the market as been so strong for the past 25 years , there I see no way I could have ever made my money work for me any better than realestate ( I know this isn’t the case everywhere for sure). I am so excited for you, and I like you LOvE new home tours and being able to sort of ride along with those who I love to follow and watch and interact with on social media. I am so excited for you and this next chapter of your life novel. ❤️

Congratulations Michele! I live in Phoenix and we share the weather with Vegas. I have also lived in NYC. My first thought when you decided to move to Vegas was, she’s going to melt and runaway from the Southwest🥵. I am so happy you and your husband decided to buy! I promise, the summers are almost unbearable but the rest of the year is really nice and comfortable. Just remember to stay indoors and enjoy the cold a/c or hit the pool. Hey it’s better than a muggy 98 degrees with 90% humidity in the city. Congratulations again!
