I love these weird creations. Have you considered cutting the wheels a bit larger than 1/2 or 1/3 to improve cross over? IE, three sections of 130* each instead of 120* each to allow one wheel to seat before the other lifts? It would smooth out the ride and still look awesome.
The bigger problem is the missing air in the tires, I think.

I think there should be overlapping between each adjacent wheel parts to avoid jerking, so formula 0.36 (as an example) will be better.

He would be adding a lot of extra weight and drag by increasing wheel segments.
Creating an expandable wheel or compound gearing system would be very useful.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but NFTs are the future. Better accept it as alot of big brands (adidas, nike, bugatti, lamborghini to mention few) are already doing NFTs and it will increase exponentially over coming years. Sure, they are at a very early stage still with most NFTs lacking utility and are mere JPGs but they will evolve.
It's similar to EVs. They are the future even tho alot of people still hate em, me included. I love petrol cars but I just have to accept that EVs are here to stay and I will have to get one at some point too.

The problem was that you couldn't turn. since the wheels were extending so much infront of the steering axis that any sideways roll of the bike made turning impossible. If you try this again, perhaps make every wheel turn on it's own bearing and connect them to the handle with a linkage
I think you're probably right. Giving each wheel their own steering axis will probably make it insanely difficult to link their rotations along the road together though, and that's also an essential part for the design.

How does cornering work with this one? Actually the distance between the front and rear wheel is constantly changing so the corner radius does so too. This might cause some additional weirdness if you drive through a corner at higher speed, I suppose?!?

I think where it did not work was not due to the work on the front wheel split in three, but due to the effect of a negative trail for an exaggerated offset on the wheel group which causes the vehicle to be unmanageable.
