    2. OH Triceps Extension
    Superset 2:
    1. Hammer Curls
    2. Tricep Pushout
    Shoulder Gauntlet:
    1. Shoulder Press
    2. Lateral Raises
    3. Seated High Rows
    4. Arnolds
    5. Front Raises
    6. Seated Reverse Flyes
    Finisher:
    1. Heavy Alt Close Curls
    2. Close Grip Power Push-Ups
    Cool-Down:

    for some reason doing shoulder presses while standing is more comfortable for me. maybe because it helps to maintain balance and proper form, which can reinforce good posture.. anyway good workout brother 💪🏻.

    If I incorporate this as my shoulder/arm workout twice or 3 times a week I'll see gains correct. Just started bands a week ago? Looking to look lean and cut

      You could certainly see gains if you're using the correct resistance and pushing yourself. It also depends on your body fat levels, nutrition, and other activities.

      @ACHVPEAK I eat pretty well. My body fat is super low. I've never been consistent. But am going to stay consistent this time. What can I expect if I really use resistance bands only. I'm looking to get pretty cut but lean. I don't want the body builder look. Of course tut. Doing reps to failure
