For someone who doesn't speak the language regularly, his pronunciation is already better than a lot of Chinese Singaporeans. It's just that he is not able to phrase the words as well as he can do in English. I really think he has a seriously bright future in doing the property thing, explaining about so many places, the neighborhood, estates in a way that we don't normally get to hear. I hope to catch more of Kristie too. She has the looks and professional attitude besides the eloquence to describe so well and make it a pleasure to hear. Good job, Stacked Homes!

Very refreshing to see a different kind of approach! Learning more mandarin in this video than I have my entire childhood 😂 Beautiful presentation, very clear and professional on both presenters with a little touch of great laughter and entertainment. 😊 Gotta admit, Reuben's Chinese is great, most definitely better than mine! XD

U r so right. Some of points you brought out made me realized also some of the things are not thought through for a condo of this statue. Like no ventilation in some toilets, oven too high, even the maids room needs to be bigger as one maid alone may not be enough for house this size. Kristine is not just good with house intro but her understanding of feng shui and chinese essence is amazing.
They make a lovely couple if both are unattached..? (Hehehe) I thought I feel some kind of vibe in the air? (Heeheehee) Anyway, Kristie is really good. The phrases she used to describe and express is so on point. Reuben is always talented. He doesn't conform yet to me, I can't think of any other property person who can take this profession to another level as well as him!
