That made me laugh! I was a little kid in the late 60's and early 70's and grew up with early Sesame Street with all the original characters. Ever hear of a Canadian kids show from the early 70's called The Hilarious House Of Frightenstein? The "plot" was centered around Dracula's castle, with maybe 15-20 short comedy skits with various monsters like Dracula and the original "mini me" a pint sized version of Dracula, Igor, a hippy Superman, Grizzelda the Gourmet Witch etc. The Wolfman ran a radio station in the basement of the castle and acted like Wolfman Jack, spinning tunes while he and various cast members would get up and dance in front of a psychedelic screen. I always joked it was a hippy plot to keep the music around. They'd play Jumping Jack Flash by the Stones, My Sweet Lord by George Harrison, Wanna Take You Higher by Sly And The Family Stone etc! Even Vincent Price the legendary actor played a role as the narrator and occasional bit part player. He was famous in those days but did his part for maybe 100 episodes and only took $10,000 for his part because it was for the kids! It was low budget, but funny.

Hahaha! That's a good one! I loved Thundermother in both incarnations, and I'm glad these ladies continued on in the same direction. I love the lead singers voice and glad she is along for the ride!
Me too! They psongs put out SO much good music in Thundermother, and now, all the Gem's releases so far are AWESOME! I think they are going to keep me rocking into my 60's and 70's! Good old fashioned, no frills, hard driving rock! Nothing new, but who needs new when it's this good?!?

I'm 56 and grew up listening to hard rock and metal as a teen through the 80's, always wondering when it would disappear, but you ladies, in both bands, along with bands like Airbourne and the Lazy's are keeping the spirit alive. I just checked out King Zebra's video which you made a guest appearance in. Great stuff! Then, I must have checked out 6 or 7 more of their songs. You Swedes really know how to rock! The confused and mercifully short confused drum intro doesn't work, but after that it's another slice of high quality no-frills short n' sharp Hard Rock boogie from "Thundermother mk.1". The band seem to be enjoying themselves and so did I. A must for your Hard Rock playlist. My Score: Very Good 4*
