For Minecraft, Sodium which is easily installed through Iris Shaders yields a much better performance increase over Optifine. If memory serves part of the reason why Sodium works so well is because it adds rudimentary multi core cpu support to Minecraft among other things.
minecraft is a single threaded game (render wise) so even sodium can't help there, minecraft itself is _very_ memory bound especially at very low settings. This is why at 10:05 both the cpu and gpu were under 100% load. Getting faster lower latency memory will massively improve the framerate in this senario. pcie bandwidth will also help with this
@@jumpingjoy7689 Minecraft is multi threaded when it comes to chunk loading but not with game logic I assume. However when you start moving to different areas, it does bog down, quite a bit with two cores. Switch it to all and it does speed up chunk loading considerabely. Anecdotal, but i get 200-250 with 9 bots and about 350 in matchmaking with a 5600x and a 3070.
woot lexar, lets go! yahoo!
Whoa, what a machine. One day I hope to build something like this, however with prices soaring so high in my region for this kind of stuff, I will have to wait it out until it calms down, low supply I think, not to sure.
I am quite jealous though, what a machine you built. Nice work.
Who knew MSI Afterburner struggles with frame rates above 6000 or so? Does the overlay put enough additional load on the system to make the difference, or is it some other limitation?
the ram does not run at 6000mhz. it runs at 6000 megatransfers per second sir. ranks and rows remember?
I hit the same limit in bf1 with 5950x and 6900xt@2727mhz. just cant get frostbite to give max frames despite max settings. only way i found to get frostbite to chew bigger chunks of data is to increase the render resolution. looks more pretty too :)
i used to get around 2000 in halo ce with an 860m, would love to see how a game like that performs with this hardware
Dawid: is this pc too powerful. Also dawid: no give me more fps
That was actually awesome my man
"Wait, Nappa, I had the scouter on upside-down. It's over 9000."
You went the hard route. Eastside Hockey Manager can max the CPU with FPS showing just a random stat sheet.
Halo Custom Edition hits some crazy frames when I force it to unlock the fps but I also get some crazy coil whine
The loading screen on Battlefront (2004) will make your card run so hard you can hear the caps scream.
This video made me want to buy some lexar memory.
The chance that you see this message is probably low but I get 2000 fps in the old star wars battlefront 2 (2005 classic) with a rx 580, or at least that's what the radeon software reports, love the vids.
Screen capped the opening shot and saved as my Facebook Wallpaper Dawid, hope you don't mind! Thought it looked deep and meaningful.
This is basically the only time a 40 series comes in useful
Finally, a refresh rate to answer the needs of the growing Super Saiyan market.
When messing with anything that might BSOD: Search for "environment" in the search window, click edit the system environment variables (control panel), click Settings under Startup and Recovery, change Write debugging information to None.
That way you don't have to wait for a crash log to write, that just wastes your time.
Very funny video. Nice product placement :D
I instantly knew Minecraft would have the game engine capable of rendering so many frames
Nappa : what’s the power level DAVID
David: its over 9000 ndddddfd
I wonder who was kind enough to sponsor this video
Dawid! "Made by Aries himself"? Bruh Aries didn't make crap. It was Haephestus that forged all of Aries weapons. And pretty much all the other weapons of the Greek Gods. Except maybe Zues' lightning bolt. I think that was given to him by the titans to defeat Chronos.
Do you have a playlist with all your music? I really like it and it works great in the videos.
I didn't even know Lexar was still a thing NGL.
Especially in the age of cheap "pick 6 random letters and that's the brand name" Amazon/Aliexpress junk.
Glad to know they are still around.
Davvid finally set the right direction. I mean, who needs a 8k 120hz when with a current top gen hardware we can play a game with over 9000fps
