This video is for sloped ceilings. The round ceiling support kit is for flat ceilings. That is a different video. Although they both could be in same video, the title would have to be edited.
You don't say what chimney pipe is needed. I bought your 6DP-CS36, 36" kit and a duratech 6DT-60SSCF chimney pipe from northline, and the chimney pipe doesn't fit. Is there supposed to be some sort of adaptor to make the 60" chimney pipe fit?
Looks like you purchased DuraPlus and DuraTech which will not work together. You have to do a complete install with the same chimney pipe all the way through. So either all DuraTech or all Duraplus they cannot be mixed/matched. You will want to give us a call to do an exchange depending on the rest of your pipe,
