Ricky Ford is really solid, probably my favorite from him. I really like that Freddie Hubbard as well, a bit different from his other stuff. ECM records should be pretty accessible and affordable, especially in LA, expect for a few like Bennie Maupin Jewel In The Lotus (a personal favorite) and Wolfgang Dauner Output. I would recommend any Joe Henderson on Milestone if you can find them for a reasonable price. That Sun Ra on ESP is great, nice score. Congrats on the Hank Mobley! -Tom
