Ranking your fave band's albums is always hard since something naturally has to come in last, and everyone's ranking is always going to be subjective and possibly controversial. Mad respect for this (especially since I struggled super hard to do a Beatles ranking forever ago) and I too fell in love with the Doors in my high school years ;)
@@BeatleBabe I agree! I think I would have a harder time ranking the Beatles albums (I wouldn’t know if I wanted to do their original UK or US releases *I guess UK since that’s where the group is from*). That’s awesome that you also fell in love with the Doors during your high school years! Thanks for watching, Jenn! 😆
@@fluffyrecords It's interesting that you mention needing to choose between UK or US albums for the Beatles -- I went with UK, but eventually I'll do US as well, and eventually, a *full* full list including the offshoot albums like the Anthology, Past Masters, Live at the BBC, etc too :)
@@BeatleBabe Nice! I think ranking the UK albums first is the move, but we obviously got very different releases from the UK. Like you said, everyone’s ranking is always going to be subjective and possibly controversial, but I also think doing these rankings is fun ;) I’m looking forward to seeing how you rank the US releases, and especially that full full list that you mentioned 😆
Have about 15 - 20 books - about The Doors. Still can’t figure anything out. Lol . Fun reading. I bought LIVE AT MATRIX CDs - they were pros - at a very young age.
@@seagullpoet Awesome! I’ve been needing to buy some books on The Doors. I guess the only book I have that’s related to the band is “The Collected Works of Jim Morrison”. I used to own one of the Live At The Matrix LPs (Let’s Feed Ice Cream To The Rats), now I’m going to try to get as many of these releases. It shall be fun. Thanks for watching!
