Hi Judi! I'm from Australia. I made this recipe. I added thickened cream and butter, Thyme, ginger and nutmeg.Whizzed up.. so delicate and delicious!! Thankyou. I think its better to Simmer Liver with raw onions than fry.. Fluffy mousse. 😊😊😊
A very unorthodox recipe, but it’s hard to argue with success! I always used chicken livers, sautéed them with onions, and hold the mayo! But mine has somehow gotten worse as the years pass since I saw my Mother make it! So I’m going to try yours! Thanks for the interesting videos!
