🚗 What’s Inside My C10:
Engine: 2002 Avalanche 5.3 LS motor (junkyard find) paired with a rebuilt 4L65E transmission.
Suspension: Static drop with drop spindles, cut coil springs, 3” drop rear springs, and 2” drop blocks.
Wheels & Tires: Currently 15” smoothy wheels with spacers, soon to upgrade to 17” steel wheels with 30” rear tires for that perfect cruise.
Body Mods: Long bed cut down to a short bed with a pieced-together stepside bed.
💡 Budget Breakdown:
Initial Truck: $1,500
LS Motor: $200
Transmission: $3,200 for a fully rebuilt unit
Driveshaft: $500
Drop Parts: $500
Brake Booster & Fuel System: $1,800 total
Sway Bars: $450
