    Blog Post about my Morning Routine:
    Hi everyone! I just moved to San Diego and have set a new routine for myself to set my body and mind up for a productive day. I don't do all these things every day (ie I eat something different for breakfast most mornings, I don't run every day - sometimes I walk, do Yoga or Pilates, etc) but I find that when I do I feel focused, centered, and proactive.
    I don't have a set "wake up" time but generally around 6 or 6:30 AM, giving myself at least an hour, ideally 1.5 hours before I need to "get somewhere" or see a client.
