Any unit that is named scout, JTAC, sniper or officer in the editor and also UAVs like the darter will have the Forward Observer trait and can call fire support, the artillery units must be in communication range, you can check this on the map screen by looking at the blue circle that appear around a selected unit. Units with the HQ trait like officers and Radio Operators can be used to connect the FO to the artillery units by placing them within its communication range.
@@awacslongcaster9448 Can you tell me which unit it is? So I can check if there are any problems. Also consider that MLRS can have a pretty high minimum engagement range, so you might need to place it further away from the target.

How do I disable the camera area module. I can't leave the area around the player character.
In the editor you just have to delete the trigger and logic object associated with it.
