⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 鹵水鵝翼 材料: 波蘭急凍鵝翼6隻 鹵水汁 薑數片 蔥 處理: 1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。 2. 加入花雕酒或米酒2湯匙、蔥段及薑數片,放鵝翼出水10分鐘,擎乾水。 3. 鵝翼,用凍水在鑊中浸至不燙手,用鉗子除乾淨鵝毛,清水輕手洗乾淨。 烹調: 1. 在鑊中加入鹵水汁550毫升,再加入清水550毫升,大火滾起。 2. 鹵水汁已滾起,加入鵝翼,大火滾起後,轉中慢火,炆30分鐘。 3. 鵝翼已炆了10分鐘,顏色不夠,加入老抽半湯匙,繼續炆10分鐘。 4. 鵝翼已炆了約半小時,再反轉,熄火,冚蓋焗1小時,這樣才夠入味。 5. 鵝翼已完成,上碟,可享用。 Geese wings in Chinese marinade Ingredients: Polish frozen geese wings 6 Nos.
