⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 鹵水鵝翼 材料: 波蘭急凍鵝翼6隻 鹵水汁 薑數片 蔥 處理: 1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。 2. 加入花雕酒或米酒2湯匙、蔥段及薑數片,放鵝翼出水10分鐘,擎乾水。 3. 鵝翼,用凍水在鑊中浸至不燙手,用鉗子除乾淨鵝毛,清水輕手洗乾淨。 烹調: 1. 在鑊中加入鹵水汁550毫升,再加入清水550毫升,大火滾起。 2. 鹵水汁已滾起,加入鵝翼,大火滾起後,轉中慢火,炆30分鐘。 3. 鵝翼已炆了10分鐘,顏色不夠,加入老抽半湯匙,繼續炆10分鐘。 4. 鵝翼已炆了約半小時,再反轉,熄火,冚蓋焗1小時,這樣才夠入味。 5. 鵝翼已完成,上碟,可享用。 Geese wings in Chinese marinade Ingredients: Polish frozen geese wings 6 Nos. 2. 加入花雕酒或米酒2湯匙、蔥段及薑數片,放鵝翼出水10分鐘,擎乾水。
3. 鵝翼,用凍水在鑊中浸至不燙手,用鉗子除乾淨鵝毛,清水輕手洗乾淨。
烹調:
1. 在鑊中加入鹵水汁550毫升,再加入清水550毫升,大火滾起。
2. 鹵水汁已滾起,加入鵝翼,大火滾起後,轉中慢火,炆30分鐘。
3. 鵝翼已炆了10分鐘,顏色不夠,加入老抽半湯匙,繼續炆10分鐘。
4. 鵝翼已炆了約半小時,再反轉,熄火,冚蓋焗1小時,這樣才夠入味。
5. 鵝翼已完成,上碟,可享用。

鹵水鵝翼
材料:
波蘭急凍鵝翼6隻
鹵水汁
薑數片
蔥
處理:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 加入花雕酒或米酒2湯匙、蔥段及薑數片,放鵝翼出水10分鐘,擎乾水。
3. 鵝翼,用凍水在鑊中浸至不燙手,用鉗子除乾淨鵝毛,清水輕手洗乾淨。
烹調:
1. 在鑊中加入鹵水汁550毫升,再加入清水550毫升,大火滾起。
2. 鹵水汁已滾起,加入鵝翼,大火滾起後,轉中慢火,炆30分鐘。
3. 鵝翼已炆了10分鐘,顏色不夠,加入老抽半湯匙,繼續炆10分鐘。
4. 鵝翼已炆了約半小時,再反轉,熄火,冚蓋焗1小時,這樣才夠入味。
5. 鵝翼已完成,上碟,可享用。
Geese wings in Chinese marinade
Ingredients:
Polish frozen geese wings 6 Nos.
Chinese marinade
Ginger several slices
Green onion
Preparation:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Add in Hua diao chiew or rice wine 2 tbsp, green onion and several slices of ginger. Put the wings soaking for 10 minutes. Drain.
3. Geese wings, soak in wok with tap water until it is not hot. Use tweezer removing hairs of geese. Rinse them lightly.
Steps:
1. Add in marinade 550ml into wok with tap water 550ml. Heat up at high flame.
2. Marinade has been heated up, add in the wings. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium~low flame after it boils up. Braise for 30 minutes.
3. Geese wings has been braised for 10 minutes, colour is not dark enough, add in dark soya sauce 0.5 tbsp. Continue to braise for 10 minutes.
4. The wings have been braised for about 30 minutes, flip them over again. Turn off fire. Leave them for an hour to make the wings more yummy.
5. Geese wings have been completed, put on plate. Serve.
