Egg Recipe # 2: Easy Omelette in Simple Soy Sauce
2 beaten eggs + 4 tbsps water + 1/3 tsp sugar + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 0.5 tsp sesame oil
Egg Recipe # 3: Fried Eggs in Cola Sauce
2 eggs + 1 chopped garlic + 1 chopped shallot + 100ml (3.38 fl oz) cola + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce + some spring onions
Egg Recipe # 4: Mapo Style Eggs with Minced Meat
2 eggs + 100g (3.5 oz) minced meat + 5g (0.18 oz) chopped young ginger + 1 clove chopped garlic + 1 tbsp spicy broad bean paste + 120ml (4.06 fl oz) water + 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce + 0.5 tsp grounded Sichuan peppercorns + some cornstarch solution + some spring onions

2 eggs + 1 sliced small red onion + 1 clove chopped garlic + 1 deseeded and chopped bird's eye chilli + 100ml (3.38 fl oz) water + 3 tbsps kicap manis + 3 tbsps light soy sauce + 2 calamansi juice

I cannot thank you enough for this video! We have a glut of eggs (too many chickens) and I am always looking for ways to make a main dish from eggs. I cannot get enough Sichuan peppercorns so I am glad to know you can grind them and add the pepper to a dish. I have only used them to flavor the oil, then removed them.
