This has the best kitchen of any small house design that I’ve seen so far! I would prefer a standard exhaust fan to allow for more cabinets but that would be an easy adjustment. Just for personal preference, I would prefer the second bedroom be a bit larger to accommodate adult guests and double sinks are wasted space for me. I also have no interest in a tub-again an easy adjustment.

The areas with the angled walls is kind of wasted square footage. Using square walls, there could be two bathrooms, one of which could be ensuite to the larger bedroom.
A very pleasing design that feels light and airy. Great window size and placement. Outstanding kitchen except the microwave would be better placed over the stove. Very convenient and space-saving. Coat/footwear storage at the entrance is vital for a four season home. Could two smaller bathrooms inhabit the footprint of the larger single bath? I do love me an ensuite. Great work here!

I love this floor plan! You did amazing here! I drew one myself inspired by yours but with 1 bedroom and a small laundry room. I’m trying to get it about 500-600 sq ft. I would love to share my drawing with you. I wonder if you could help me with the measurements to get it right at 500 sq ft. By making the bathroom and and kitchen a bit smaller. What are the dimenions on this house it's perfect for me
Nice small house , but the tv over the fireplace is a big no no . Its a designers nightmare. You have to add on another room just for watching the BIG tv. And is that a washer and dryer in the bathroom🤔. Could be a little bit more leg room on the outside porch. 🤔 Do like the wall separating the kitchen from the living room. .

I love your designs, but having one bedroom facing porch, and entering in the other from the kitchen, is bit strange for me... I like your designs, when bedrooms are in the back.
Lovely home! 🥰 Do you have any designs with zero clearance entries? I would like a design of about 600sq ft. Two porches, front and back. Metal roof. Basement capability. Entry coat closet. 1.5 baths with stackable W/D and a walk in shower. Single bathroom sinks. Room for a mobile island instead of a stationary one. ( l have a granite top island that l will not part with. As it's indispensible.) A dining spot to accommodate 4-6 chairs and mobile tall china cabinet. Small fireplace in living room and space for a console piano. Two bedrooms with second one smaller than master, to use for sewing room, occassional guests. If this can't be done in 600sf, l am open to suggestions! But that size of 600sf sounds doable. Thank you! ☺️✌️❤️🦋🙏

Its just me so they second bedroom would end up a laundry and utility slash back door slash pantry.
Beautiful small home but it’s missing several things: 3rd bedroom which needs to be a master suite, half bath for guests and a bit more LR space.
The entrance is typically rotten. The kitchen works, but the island needs to ditch the breakfast area. Turn the table sideways and there is room for a really good table for up to 8. The front bedroom only has room for a single bed. Not good. The master has space for a double bed, but no space for a dresser. Clothing storage is hopeless.

Stop putting stuff at the door all those buildings and stuff just take away space and make it very hard to move things around or get things in and out of the door. You guys chop up house is so much.
