The last 9 of my string of 24 remote controlled colored Cafe lights stopped working. I've tried unplugging for 30 sec and repowering them up with no success. I purchased them in October 2021. We've put them up outdoors for 8 weeks during the '21 & '22 holidays. They are connected to an 8 hour timer. The issue occurred right after this past Christmas. Just now spending time to see if I can figure out the issue. Having no success. Any ideas? Or are they 'done'.....

I am unable to pair my lights with 0ne remote, when I plug in and hold the ON button, I never get the blinking white lights. how long must the ON button be held to sync with the remote?? I am able to turn on and change color, but I must hit the color several time before they all light. I cannot do modes as different strands will light at different times based on the buttons I push. (300 feet X12 Stands) example If I try a mode only strand 1,7,8,10 will light, if I want to fade only strand 3,5,11 will fade. It's frustrating that pairing feature will not function.

To do so, plug in the lights and immediately press and hold the remote's ON/OFF button. The bulbs will blink when the pairing is successful. Unplug the lights for a few seconds, replug the lights. Within 8 seconds Press and Hold the remote's ON/OFF Button until the lights turn white blink once and stay white.

Hey Wayne! If your string lights are linked together, or share the same outlet, you can only have a single remote paired at a time. If you would prefer to use multiple remotes, you will have to plug each strand into their own outlet and pair the individual remotes that way.

You can also get a timer to plug your lights into. I have 2 sets, one on the front of the house on a separate outlet, and one on the side of the house on a separate outlet. For some reason, my remote is not turning on my lights. Although I did follow instructions, and my remote lights up, it still will not turn on the lights. So I purchased a timer and it works perfectly!

I tried doing this last night and it did not work for me. Per @JASCO suggestion I called the # that was given to two other commenters, 800-654-8483, when prompted I pushed #4 and from there was out on hold. An convience? Yes. But to be expected so not a problem. What is a problem is when I'm on hold for 10mins 16sec for the first call and suddenly get disconnected. Frustrating? You bet. However I called back. Second call I was on hold for 9mins 27sec and then disconnected. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! Called again for the same results, on hold for a mere 11mins 7sec.

Does the remote you are trying to pair with the lights have the "Seasons" logo beneath the buttons? If not, that could be why you are encountering issues.
