Seeing this vid made me smile. I think it is just GRAND that Finley has a DAD that MAKES the time to have him included with projects - his father might not know it but it will pay off and Finley will develope some good values and have good memories of his fathe's love and patients with him. His father is a good decent man. So many of us could learn from this example. BTW - Grape juice this way is new to me - but then I am greatful that just about every time I see a new vid - I learn something new - that is why I look for your vids.

I love grapes and you and Finley did a great job. Let me know when Finley has his own channel and/or talk show. I'll be watching.🥰

Wow, I didn't know this was so easy. I've never canned. Now I'm going to have to try growing grapes and get me a canning setup. Thank you guys.

Thanks for sharing with us Jared and Finn, he sure gets excited when helping. Watch him around that boiling water. Stay safe and keep up the good work. Tell the rest of the family hello too. Fred.

Its sure nice to see one of your weans taking an interest in the farm, the land and the traditions that were passed down to you. Its comforting to know that some of it all will go on at least one more generation.
    Precious lil fella!

I make grape juice with my steamer juicer and can it. It turns out a lot stronger. I don’t add any sugar. Yours looks a lot easier, though.

Boiling the lids can ruin the seal. Its perfectly.fine to rub them down with a paper towel soaked in white vinegar. Or, throw the lids in a small pan of vinegar.

One of those jars looked nasty around the top. Please tell me you washed it prior to filling and processing. Please show us the juice after it has rested a while. I'm amazed it will make grape juice without smashing or doing something else to the grapes.
Finn is getting so big. I love seeing the two of you doing things.

They all got cleaned good before canning, I always scrub them, put through the dish washer then I sterilize in boiling water before For water bath canning. I’ll show the juice in a week or so to see the color change!

It does my heart good to see Mr. Finley has parents that don't "baby" him to death. He is certainly a smart little guy. 😊

I’ve never tried homemade grape juice, but now you’ve got me wanting to give it a go! Ha! My grapes are about done, but I have some muscadines just getting ripe, wonder if you could do the same process for those? I don’t see why not. Thanks for the video!

If you let it age too long will it start to ferment? Ever have jars pop after long term storage?
