Jackaroo Intermittent No Start

You wake up in the morning ready for work only to find that your car won’t start! Frustrating! What makes it even worse is that sometimes it starts, other times it won’t. Intermittent faults are the worst. It’s almost like its mocking you!
This Jackaroo was giving the customer grief. It was time to diagnose and repair it to make sure they have a reliable car.

I've seen this problem a million times, people always keep trying to get to much out of a old battery and f ing the starter solenoid.. gotta love the way they design cars these days, they really don't want anyone fixing anything.. I've gotta put a set of clamps on my spare multimeter leads like yours, I'm sick of needing 4 arms
