Trying this for chronic foot pain I’ve been suffering with which is now affecting my job performance 😢 hoping it helps cause I’ve tried everything else…
Also, consider putting your foot in a bucket of ice water!!

Massage and manually and physically stretch and bend your foot & toes. Roll a ball under your foot. This helps a lot of foot pain.

I’ve been doing everything to help them…stretching,massaging, soaking them at night…nothing is helping…800 mg ibuprofen isn’t even working anymore so I have an appointment for the foot doctor. Hoping they’ll help me 💔
