Thanks so much @BadoBlues We do try! We use the gear everyday too so if it works we want people to know. The Lauten Atlantis is hands sown the most flexible mic we've ever used. Not only that but each of its voicings are so lush it's full of character it's hard to believe it's the same mic.
Great video! I would have LOVED to hear the vox and guitars dry on each of the 3 settings for a much better "DEMO" of the mic verses some post processing.
Noted! We have always tried to show how they can end up in a mix. But UA-cam is definitely moving towards more details in demo videos. The Avalon is a fantastic preamp and would work a dream. It's one of the few pieces of gear I regret selling.
