Im gonna need a pob for this bro it looks so good. Why voidsphere specifically and I assume this is poison based because of hoag? You seem to hit the dot cap pretty easily you were chunking the bosses pretty consistently and giga tanky.

To answer your specific questions, I have always wanted to make void sphere a main skill and they buffed the spammable (rending) version this league. I created a pob before league start and noticed the damage numbers were kind of nutty. Turns out it is very strong.
Yes correct it is a poison build.
It is dot cap for everything except uber pinnacles.
Tankyness is amazing for everything except big physical hits.
Pretty much immune to DOTs as well, though you have to constantly spam life flask which can get real annoying :D, luckily I have developed a rhythm for it after playing all league.

@@Alkuroth Am i missing something? The Pob with everything relevant checked in, and assuming u level up and quality all those gems, it caps at 26 mil. Ofc it is a lot, but not quite near dot cap, and that's against shaper guardian. Blade vortex with the same settings has 30 mil dps. Dont get me wrong, I love the idea, did something similar last league, but after all it is the most basic pf poison setup u can imagine, with a different active gem sloted in (personally I loved the ek with obliteration wand for clear speed, 0.8 cast speed of void sphere feels quite bad)(also u should really craft movement speed + onslaught on kill on those boots).

Good point! My numbers were a good chunk off actually. So definitely not DoT cap.
Reason for void sphere over other physical spells. I like the looks of it. The pulls in mechanic is pretty cool. It has a duration so you can place and forget which is really nice for bossing. You do need a lot of cast speed which you can see on my clusters / flask / haste aura.
The current version is highly bossing focused. I have a poe.ninja profile where you can see the entire progression of the build. I did use obliteration for awhile in mapping and it felt really nice, plus the satisfying pops. Also onslaught boots hard agree, though I am only bossing on this thing now, and I use an onslaught flask, so no point anymore but if running quicksilver and mapping, definitely.

Uses skitter bots instead of haste, uses hypothermia in gem links, fixed corrupted magic jewels to be maxed out.
I forgot to check culling strike into the full dps for the other one btw.
Have not tried the build with this changes so it may feel strange without haste.

I don't understand how you can eat those Uber Eater beam and your life doesn't even flinch. I had a PF last league that had 400 div worth of gear, including Progenesis, and I still got 1-tapped by those stupid beams.

Yep the other comment goes over some of the layers of defense, though this runs tempered by war not divine flesh for 100% cold and lightning conversion. I created a reddit builds post yesterday giving an overview of the build and prices of items. Feel free to check that out too!

Sorry not exactly sure what you mean by range fluctuates, if you can link a certain spot in the video or further clarification I can try and answer.
This build can do maps and bossing. With enough gear both can be really comfortable!
