WHOEVER BULIT this mansion should get AWARDS that dark marbles/stones & Gold railing & walls , lighting & Crystal Chandeliers & décor ..is just really jaw dropping & catch any eyes, never seen anything like this ..i usually dont like that ..BUT WOW, Loved it, i like inside more then outside , never happened to me
it was done by Biglin architecture they do modern and classical architecture, they also just finished 9312 flicker way which is listed with williams&williams and their most famous project is probably palais des anges at 9577 sunset blvd

The video is amazing, the production quality is outstanding. The house is also amazing, but also filled with a lot of strange things such as 5 exercise bikes??
And it is another trophy house that probably could have been built to same size and layout at half the price without all the crazy things like the marble walls etc. Of course these types of houses are very popular in LA right now.

Have been waiting for the initial video of LA FIN 1200 Bel Air Rd the Biglin Group designed this, same with 9330 Flicker which is half the price!! Love the mostly all black marble wish the ONE would have done this style of color scheme!! It does have the same size theater though as 9330 Flicker, I would have expected a lot larger given the double asking price!! And no room for a tennis court despite the apparent 2 acre lot size!! But really like the style all around the master bedroom suite is amazing!! Hope ENES will do this property in the not too distant future!! Interesting at 3:48 of the video when it shows the view from the back of the house there is and ULTRA MODERN space ship type design in the distance that I have not seen or heard of under construction does anyone know about that property.. But this raises the bar for the properties in this range it may sell like 924 Bel Air in the 90 mill range!! Really beautiful Video as well hope we get a longer version, but extremely well done to capture so many fine design details of this lovely home!!!

A few mansions above 100 million dollars have popped up this year.. But this is not my favorite.. I'd want a huge lot for a price tag like this no matter the building.. That's just me 👍
I agree, give me a few more acres and some "outdoors" to explore and walk the dog! Opulent living space is very nice, but with that, comes the need to hire constant "help" and I like my privacy too much for the constant intrusion that these places demand with their upkeep! Owning a showpiece is one thing, living in it with privacy is quite another!

Another house that will sit on the market for a year. Sooner or later these developers will learn the hard way. This size house is completely unnecessary. 12 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms? Who needs that, or even wants that much? You can't even use it. Most of it will sit collecting dust.

The developers laugh all the way to the bank. They make millions in profits off these houses, if they didn't then they would stop making them. But look around and you will see a ton of similar houses being built.

I think you missed the point. The super rich do not care about if it is necessary or not. If it looks cool, they will buy it. In fact, they may buy it but not even bother to live in it as they already have 5 other super houses around the world.
