The first time I ever had this at a restaurant, I fell in love! They served it topped with an easy over fried egg! Heaven in a bowl! I like to have the leftover (which is even better) for breakfast with the fried egg on top. I think we are having this for Christmas Dinner. 🎄 I’m excited to try the Verde version.

Already prepped this for our Christmas or Christmas Eve meal. I think I’ll add riced cauliflower to bulk it up a bit. All the jarred mole sauce had crackers/wheat in them so I just added pumpkin seeds and green chilies to the salsa verde. Can’t wait to Devore this with some sour cream and avocado. If there is any left I will have it for breakfast with a fried egg on top. Thank you!

Although I haven't tried your recipe yet, the best Pozole Verde I've ever had was in Aguas Caliente, Mexico in 1998 during La Ferria de San Marcos at my friend mom's house.
