Hi, did you whip the cream before adding the blueberry puree?
Hi! Yes I did whip the cream before adding the blueberry puree.
where can I order this mold?
Hi, we bought it on Amazon. It is called "3D Sphere Silicone Mold". The exact size of one sphere is 2.4 x 2.2 Inch.
@@yummyrecipeslove thank you!
@@yummyrecipeslove did you use two different sizes? I will be making this for my final exam in culinary school. thanks
@@georgiagoudelock6682 Yes, you're right, we used 2 different molds. The second one does not have dimension specs, but we measured the volume of one ball - 20ml. Hopefully it helps, and good luck with your final exam!
Can I use blueberry jam instead of puree?
And how much water was added to make the puree? Thanks
Yes, you can, just make sure the jam is syrupy, and if there are any seeds - sieve it!
100 ml (3.3 oz)! Our pleasure!
@@yummyrecipeslove thank you! Do I need to whip the heavy cream prior to mixing with the puree? Thank you
Yes, whip the cream until soft peaks form and then add it to the blueberry puree/jam
