    Ingredients
    Biscuit (can be substituted with your favorite cookies):
    eggs - 2
    sugar - 50g
    flour - 55g
    pinch of salt
    melted butter - 15g

    blueberry puree - 150g
    sugar - 2 tbsp.
    gelatin - 4g
    cold water for gelatin - 30 ml
    Mousse:
    blueberry puree -150g
    heavy cream - 200ml
    sugar - 50g
    gelatin - 8g
    cold water for gelatin - 60 ml
    Color MIRROR GLAZE:
    gelatin - 12g
    water - 80 ml for gelatin
    liquid honey - 150g
    white chocolate - 150g
    condensed milk - 100g
    sugar - 150g
    water - 75 ml
    food coloring - blueberry (natural food colorings)

      Hi, we bought it on Amazon. It is called "3D Sphere Silicone Mold". The exact size of one sphere is 2.4 x 2.2 Inch.

      @@georgiagoudelock6682 Yes, you're right, we used 2 different molds. The second one does not have dimension specs, but we measured the volume of one ball - 20ml. Hopefully it helps, and good luck with your final exam!

      Yes, you can, just make sure the jam is syrupy, and if there are any seeds - sieve it!

      Yes, whip the cream until soft peaks form and then add it to the blueberry puree/jam
