Playing defensive against todays rubbers, with such incredible, consistently high level performances, AND an illness which has bugged him for years, is immense. A nice bloke also. A chop is the table tennis equivalent of drifting. Ma long forehand is tight and fast like a f1 on slicks. But Joo Sae Hyuk can glide it like a frisbee so damn consistently it's like a smooth drift.
