another thing i’ve learned recently is “surrender “ . i don’t know yet how it works but i can tell when my mechanisms are kicking in to force my constructed self , it feels like tension in my gut, and like i’m gathering energy for maintenance, and that i should be a certain way or become or reshape myself. it feels like resistance. in these moments i tell myself to surrender, and it might not feel pleasant because your ego might be scared of some parts of your authenticity, but you have to trust that you’ll be okay, and you have to step in the dirt and let it organically unfold and soon you’ll notice how you start “remembering” who you are. it’s not a discovery but a remembering. this is why you know it’s right, because you recognize it, and you become aligned with yourself slowly again, you can feel the alignment in your gut ; a lack of tension and a sort of energetic symmetry that feels nice and easy :)
Great video! I feel like a life purpose (in your case, teaching) and authenticity go hand in hand. I feel like discovering a purpose in life that brings genuine value to others is the hardest part… but certainly the most important.
Thank you 🙏🏻To be honest I think it’s more the purpose discovering you - and not the other way round 😅 so you cannot actively search for it, it has to find you (but that’s my take on it at least).
From my point of view the whole point about this question is, that to answer it you cannot get any more precise, so you have to start the journey yourself. And the suggestions I provide are the best chance you have to in fact discover it. But hey, if you think this is clickbait, that’s your choice.
