Just went to Knott’s and Magic Mountain from Ohio. While I think Magic Mountain has the better roller coasters, I think overall Knott’s was a better experience for me personally. Everyone was super friendly, the theming was incredible, the food wasn’t overpriced like Magic mountain, and the ride operations were a ton better than Magic mountain.
Yeah no competition on the food Knotts’ is a bit cheaper and at least 2x better in taste. Knotts has always had friendlier employees than 6 Flags, here’s hoping 6 Flags MM becomes more like Cedar Point!l!
Knotts by far… MM is falling apart in some places - lot of areas need to be repainted, the wooden fences need maintenance, cobwebs on the ride marquees (in the looney tunes section), the bugs bunny world stage for kid shows is never used, you have to wait at least an hour for food, old defunct rides are hidden or not torn down- 1970’s/80s MM was much more family oriented and closer to what Knotts is today.

I went to six flags magic mountain yesterday and in my opinion a bit better than Knotts

Different coasters. But Knott’s is probably overall the better park because of theme/food.
