I bought it today but I only got 2 rubber bushes in the pack😢but anyhow I've installed it with an alternative rubber bush. Tq for your video brother...❤ It looks good.

Presently I don't have access to the new RTR 160. The headlamp assembly looks similar to the 200 so the Visor might fit in the same way as shown in this video.

Yes, it's a small visor and it is the only one from TVS.

I do want to make an in-depth video on carburetor tunning but you can understand that this is not a simple step by step job. The person working on the motorcycle should understand the running engine & make adjustments accordingly, which is different from motorcycle to motorcycle. Believe me it is very easy to mess up with the tunning. I will try to come up with a video showing simple and easy to do method so that every can try. Having said that I will still recommend new guys to take help from an expert mechanic.

I am yet to try it on the 160 4V but I think with the similar headlight design it should fit.
You can open up the console as shown in this video to check if it has similar mounting points.

Which headlight bulb u r using . Sir . Can it be used in 160 4v carb .

The 200 uses a 60/55W H4 bulb (have changed to a different brand, will try to bring the video soon.
If I remember correctly then the 160 uses 35W bulb.
. I think u r using philips xtreme vision bulb. Sir headlight bulb is on ac or dc.?

I purchased the visor for ₹265 and the brackets for another ₹60 from an authorized TVS dealer in Mumbai. But the screw set and the rubber bushes are not available with it. Any idea where these will be available in Mumbai?

I got this same query before & I asked the service center in Pune for the same. The rubber bushes are not available but you can get the screws by showing the picture from this video.

PRABHAKAR DAS buy Fi please. Don't go for carb. Carb has cold start problem and also you'll get better mileage with Fi

My new Apache RTR 160 (bs4) version. overheating in the engine. I am not understanding what the problem may be. Bike is only 1900 km nd first service is done.

It's common in new bikes to face over heating & false neutrals. It will go away once the engine sets in (around 2nd service).
If you are still facing heating issues then you have to get your carburetor adjusted for proper air fuel ratio.

That's sad! Believe me it's not just you, I am hearing this from many riders specially when it comes to visor. TVS should definately look into this matter.

Is number plate to be fixed below the head the headlamp?
I had to remove it as it was interfering the video making. later I have fixed it to its usual place.
Can we use the same visor for BS4 or BS6
BS6 has got different mounting points so this won't work.

My suggestion will be RTR 200 as this bike performs effortlessly in the City traffic. I did ride from Pune to Bangalore with my RTR 200 & my 200 has faced Bangalore traffic at its peak with zero trouble.
ABS is a life saver specially in uncertain city roads so my choice will be Apache 200.
Great Sportztourer, the way of dealing with my question nice. Surely I will choose RTR200. Wish see you soon as most popular channel with big bike segment too.

I am satisfied with the 200 as per touring is concerned. If you check this channel then you will find that the 200 comfortably munched ~1000km from Bangalore to Mumbai in a single day. The bike is happy to cruise in between 80-100kmph all day long.
The NS is a fantastic machine & has the advantage of 6th gear & ABS.
Considering value for money, the carburetor version of the RTR 200 is more cost efficient than others.

What's the real world mileage you are getting in city and on the highway with triple digit speeds.

Really world fuel efficiency in dense city traffic (stop/go ride) will be around 32kmpl.
Highway fuel efficiency figures are around 35kmpl (80-100kmph speeds).
