😂 Thanks, Olivia! This one was surprisingly good! I love how quickly it can be thrown together too. Even zesting the lemon (the quick way I did) wasn’t too time consuming, but you could easily add in dried herbs instead of fresh and skip the zest and just use lemon juice instead.
Looks so yummy! I haven't tried cilantro in a lemon butter sauce, sounds really nice. I have not seen mahi mahi here in the UK but I suppose salmon or tuna would work too.
I think it would be really nice with salmon or even another firm white fish. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized I had accidentally grabbed the cilantro. It was the perfect combination!
