Ruger 10/22 Jam Monster?

In this video I am shooting a Ruger 10/22 Talo Distributer Exclusive. This is a really cool looking AR style .22 rifle. When it shoots it is extremely fun but that's when it shoots. I am having problems with the magazines that came with it. The magazines are way too lose. One way I helped the wiggle in the magazine is to use tape and make the catch on the magazine a little bit bigger to create a better fit. After doing so I still had a problem with it jamming up.
