He did several times on iowa actually. Like on gently he actually does his low quite a bit especially on the transition to the breakdowns as well as during the breakdown. Also does it on new abortion, beginning of people = shit where he builds from the low into his mid. Also he does his low in disaster piece before the "I wanna slit your throat and fuck the wound" part of the verse. Those are just ones I can think of top of my head

Wether or not it affected Corey shows in how he sounds right now. different but still a fucking badass. I assume he's constantly experimenting. He's even had metal vocal coaching.

So if you've ever just yelled as loud as you could when you're angry and know how your throat feels after that, extend that by an hour or so several days a week for a year. Your voice basically disintegrates😅

Actually if you scream correctly it doesn't cause damage to your vocal chords. He's been screaming for 20 years in slipknot if it caused damage he would have lost his voice by now. Another example is corpsegrinder who's been screaming longer than Corey.

From a vocalist perspective Corey's Iowa scream is not recommended to use but for small bits yeah it's cool, doing proper techniques is better for saving your vocal abilities
If you hear at 0:13 and 0:55 you can hear his real growl, that was full false fold distortion vith no true vocal chords involved. If he screamed like that (as well as like he did in Iowa and Gently), he could've retained THAT level of distortion throughout his whole career.
