    Why u using a extra long extension on the wand also sounds like using way to high of pressure on the garage doors and Gutters. All u need is to soft wash garage doors and Gutters let chem do the work and rinse with low pressure.

      Time. We needed to get this wrapped up so we opted to use the lance for a few key reasons. Call it a "power rinse" you achieve the same outcome at a faster rate. The long wand helps to keep us from getting soaked.

      That J-Rod is a lot lower pressure and higher flow espically at a distance. We have a rule, if you can't hold you hand in it then it's too much for the surface depending on the situation. In a perfect world you could wait for it to cook then gently rinse it off, the situation called for a more prompt course of action.

      @@ApexPressureWash the most I've ever used on a single roof was 20 gallons of 12% cut down to 5% .....what did you do use straight 12% lol

      @EnjoyTheSHO no we applied at 6% by volume. I was more focused on time at the expense of chemical.
