So I’m trying to do this for my cod clips and I’m trying to make it so it makes my clip kinda distorted in a way does doing optical flow work for this

I came back with a solution how to fix that.
You need go to File - Project Settings - General and in that menu change in video rendering from CUDA to Software only. I fix my problem with changing type of renderer

and when i came back to CUDA playback doesnt work, but slow-mo work. hahahaha

ok on the timeline we cannot see any changing, but you can see that only after exporting video from premiere pro if we use CUDA. That very strange. I try to fix that and back with a solution
