    Today, I'm going to make a homemade clotted cream at home with only one ingredient!
    Clotted cream can be interpreted as a coagulated or solidified cream. Clotted cream is originally made by heating the milk to a very low temperature for a long time and then cooling it. And it’s the collection of fat that solidifies and floats on the surface.
    It is made in Devon and Devonshire in England, thus called Devon Cream or Devonshire Cream as well. In some regions, it is also called Cornish Cream.
    In the UK, instead of butter, scones are eaten with this clotted cream and strawberry jam. So I tried homemade scones with strawberry jam and homemade clotted cream at home. Compared to when eaten with butter, the clotted cream has a rich and soft mouth feel.
