If Yamaha Would Put The Atmosfeel Pickup System In A Thin Bodied Steel String Acoustic With A Cutaway - APX 700II as an example - I Would Try To Purchase One As Soon As They Were Released
I think they will, like they put the TranAcoustic on lower models like FG/FS
I have my order in for 2x FGX5,summer delivery. I see on this FG3 how the saddle and nut are so bright white (this is good) The nut,saddle and fretboard edge on my beginner FG830 have turned yellow in just a few years (they look like old yellow teeth,yuck.) I go to Yamaha not only to save money over Martin (I mostly play a D16E, I know a cheap Martin but it still sounds awesome) but to get a slightly different sound. I like to play Neil Diamond tunes frequently (tuned a half step down like Neil did, not for singing though) and the D16E sounds too bluesy.
Congratulation on your coming FGX5!!! You can check the Super Mario Video on my channel for its sound. Yamaha's guitars are all great, my most favorite is the A5 and LL-26 (since I still haven't had change to try the higher LL series, it must be superb)

@@KhoaAnhMusic I decided on only keeping one. I am finding I like the concert size guitar like Yamaha ACR5 or Martin 000-15M. I am sure you know that you will play better on a guitar that fits you and you feel comfortable with? I played my D16E for a full year (I am sure 800 hrs) Now when I play this full size Yamaha FGX5, it feels big. These small things can matter with a musical instrument, everything just has to feel right. The FGX5 is the last "big" guitar I buy but a gift 1965 D28 is coming my way (Hey when you get older these things do happen.) It comes from an older woman friend of mine,she is 77 now. The guitar was her fathers who passed away in 1970. She has had it since then. I did not even know she had this D28 until I told her I bought the D16E. Now she sees I am sticking with it (I am 66, only 19 months in, mostly off UA-cam,internet instructors, I did take 2 lessons.) I concentrate on smaller and even an electric (my instructor uses a Fender strat, not a problem.) You know my instructor has said "I didn't bring an acoustic" Now when I show up with two, he has to. At this point in my progress it does not really matter but, another one of those small things.
@@danr5105 Hey Dan, I'm really in deep emotion when reading your sharing, that D28 is truly gifted. You made me remember UA-camr Sandra Bae whose also got the same Taylor Guitar from a pass-away solider. These stories are just magical. And yes, personal I do love a small size Acoustic Guitar, since I bring my guitar traveling with me a lot (I'm aslo a motorcylist), though the sound from the big body still always feel better. Have you try the LL or LS series from Yamaha? If you love the sound and the body of A5CR, I'm sure you will be even more on a LS26 (also Japan made) or higher. My Dream is have a house full of guitars and I will tell my children about how I chose or buy each guitar of mine.

of course it can't be compared with Martin, but this model is China made, you should try the FS5 which made in Japan :)

ad cho mh hỏi con a3m are với con ll16 thì âm mộc khác nhau nhiều ko
Nhiều nhé bạn A3M là Full solid: SOlid Sitka Spruce Top và Solid MAHOGANY back/ side, còn LL thì xịn sò hơn Solid Engelmann Spruce Top, Solid ROSEWOOD Back/side nên về độ chi tiết và chất tiếng chắc chắn LL hơn hẳn A3 (cả A3M lẫn A3R), và dòng A series thì chuyên để biểu diễn sân khấu và có pick up mới của Yamaha, còn dòng LL là dòng chuyên tiếng của Yamaha nhé
Để so sánh với LL thì Yamaha còn có FG Red Label series với FG3 và FG5.Dòng này tiếng trầm ấm theo phong cách những năm 60,70 thế kỷ trước trong khi dòng LL tiếng mang hơi thở hiện đại. Đều hay cả. Trừ khi bạn mua Martin D28 trở lên hoặc Taloy series 7 trở lên thì còn cân nhắc chứ không cứ LL16/26 với FG3/5 mà mua
