Am a Sony and canon 5D mark iv user. Well in terms of video Quality, the canon is the best. Am a video director and am currently using my 5Dmark iv for a low budget professional video. Uses my Sony for bts captures and stuff

Canon sucks. They relied heavily on their dslr kings 5D series too long. Mirrorless is the future.

I wouldn't say they suck but they are lacking behind lately. Their color science and auto focus is still top notch though and with Canon cameras you actually have a really usable touch screen.

atm the best dslr for pro video is still 5D3 recording 14bit RAW ...soon ML is coming to 5D4 and blow our minds with higher speed and DR.... pana-sony are still ok for weddings and home videos
