reading my NYU essay (NYU Gallatin)

it's time to celebrate our acceptances (hopefully!). I applied to NYU Gallatin's MA program. Gallatin, the individualized school, where students create their own curriculum. my concentration is called, "Decolonizing Queer and Trans Identity Through Writing and Film" with a focus on transmasculine identity and experience. I'm so excited to join the NYU family; this has been a dream of mine since I was a kid. I looked up to my aunt who attended.I can finally say: I'm an NYU kid!
*disclaimer: i am sorry about the lighting. i filmed this at night because this is when i have alone time and am using my iPhone. I may refilm this in the future, not sure yet. But i will make other NYU related videos.
