That intro part when you slam that one and make that step and punch action gets me every time! I catch myself punching the air in my office lol love the videos and you are a big part of me getting into bigger swimbait fishing here in West Louisiana/East Texas.
yo Oliver I recently caught on to your Channel, I live in San Diego would be dope to go fishing if you one day. I've witnessed monster Bass eat live trout while they were being reeled in.
Great video! My biggest concern is losing one to a musky, but I'm still throwing the Deps 250, funnest lure I've ever fished...looks like you guys only missed a couple, I would say that the one that got off on you was - 'stuff happens'- looked like you held the rod low, kept pressure on but not too much, just can't win em all; the other young fella only missed one I saw on the dock, looked like the fish struck at the boat and he reacted instinctively (like I would) jerking the bait away? I can't throw rocks- I've done more than my share of 'reactionary sets' LOL! Thanks for your videos, love the big swimbaits- getting me through the Illinois winter!
They looked pretty good! But I'm guessing the line wasn't fully tight when trying to set it. I thought you could have held your hook set longer and get a better pin on the bass
Is this torero music sound like a men about to challenge its greatest opponent in a life or death battle. Great video I want to go fishing with you I am in a wheelchair but I have my own boat. Real talk.
at the time it was a Shimano Curado 300, but now it's the Shimano Tranx 300/400 - www.thehookuptackle.com/fishing-Reels/Shimano/Tranx%20Baitcasting%20Reels/?id=BigBassDreams
Matt Kohan haha, not at all. I'm definitely not one to say anything negative about those guys. Just trying to guess what Oliver might be referring to since I can't see anything wrong with what they were doing that could lose the fish that they had hooked
The no 10lb bass is true for here I've only seen one follow an onimasu that was likely dd and only one has been recorded in the last 20 years. There are excuses for no 10lb bass. Big baits not so much though
Major props to you for not getting mad at those people in that crew boat and explaining that people don’t own the water
Big fish MUST stay down when hooked... only because i have a heart attack when they dont 😂 amazing video once again Oliver, thanks for sharing

Bouncing fish left and right. Love it. Another fire video.
big bass as the cherry on top for the vid. dope
Love your big catch at the end of your video
can't wait for open water up here in Massachusetts, your vids get me pumped

Dope scenery and big bass!!!!!!

Yuh!! Big bass DOUBLE DIGGGITS!!!
You need to come to Lake Chickamauga and fish with us! Love the channel
You are the best greetings from Germany!

Gosh this intro gets me everytime!!

Kevin Atwell what do you think bout the deps 250 in hot tiger color
My deps 175 came in today got three three to 4 pound northern on it great day it's used but mine
Now that’s a good doggo onboard
Beautiful Fish !!! Cheers!!! :))
Damn gar made me lose my Shine glide yesterday!! Makes me nervous to throw my new Deps.
Man I want a deps so bad bought my first hudd 68 special I got a 250 in fire tiger and a 175 in ayu now
So was the mistake, setting the hook prematurely and not waiting to feel the resistance on the line?
Very nice bro! What Line do you recommend for the Deps 250??
www.thehookuptackle.com/fishing-Line/Sunline/Shooter+Power+Special?id=BigBassDreams
30lb!
They looked pretty good! But I'm guessing the line wasn't fully tight when trying to set it. I thought you could have held your hook set longer and get a better pin on the bass
Also, Oliver, do you fish with braid ?
traditional techniques are almost all braid, Sunline Siglon PE-8. Big Baits over 4oz get straight mono or flouro.

💯💪👊LET'S GO!!!
Am wondering what is the fishing rod that you are using because am needing a strong long fishing pole for big bass fishing
there's usually a tackle breakdown on the equipment we are using in all the descriptions
Damn I wanna fish with you!
Damnnnn !!!
What's the name of the intro song????
What low profile reel are you using for the 250?
at the time it was a Shimano Curado 300, but now it's the Shimano Tranx 300/400 -
www.thehookuptackle.com/fishing-Reels/Shimano/Tranx%20Baitcasting%20Reels/?id=BigBassDreams
BigBassDreams. Okay thanks man and you run straight 20lb mono or 25?
typically 25 or 30 with the 6oz baits
www.thehookuptackle.com/fishing-Line/Sunline/Shooter+Power+Special/?id=BigBassDreams
BigBassDreams. Okay well thank you sir.im probably gonna go pick up a tranx tomarrow i gotta go by fishermans Warehouse anyways.
Is that the music from “For a few dollars more”?
Love your videos. I’d love for you to try some of my own swimbaits.
I’m in Northern IL and I’m going to commit to throwing large glide baits and see what happens.
#AimHighDREAMbig
The song in this video is dope bro. As is the footage, i would love to know who made the song!🎣👊🔥
Our man DJ DRok "Rippin' Lips"
I ment the song in the video lol not the intro song. Ive been looking for like 6 hours 😂😂. Intros so dope to though i already got that one
Where can I download DJ DRok "Rippin' Lips" at song goes hard!
What happened to you with the canoe's almost running into you. Same thing I was minding my own business and out of nowhere the just hunted me down.
was that an OG or new style 250?
Both.
Is the mistake not switching out stock hooks?
Good guess, but no.
Was this a dig on tactical bassin lol?
Matt Kohan haha, not at all. I'm definitely not one to say anything negative about those guys. Just trying to guess what Oliver might be referring to since I can't see anything wrong with what they were doing that could lose the fish that they had hooked
Common denominator, too excited and swinging the fish off rather than winding them on?
What song do you use in your intro???
"Rippin lips" by our good friend DJ Drok
That's Texas lol. We don't get giants here in Wisco. At least not ones to count on catching in your lifetime. Might catch an 8 If you're super lucky
Wrong color js was the eazy mistake. Rippn lipps with wet lines...
Mechanical mistake you didn't keep the rod tip down not allowing the fish to jump
Who else noticed the js at the beginning and rest of video
Great fishing video but cant hear you due to music being too loud.
setting the hook too fast/hard. keep your rod down let it load up and crank them in
The no 10lb bass is true for here I've only seen one follow an onimasu that was likely dd and only one has been recorded in the last 20 years. There are excuses for no 10lb bass. Big baits not so much though
Great video, but I couldn’t finish watching because of the music. I hate that shit!
Just turn it down
