Great tip! And I think you can put a head hook on every glide bait, if the line tie is horizontal you can put a split ring on your snap and then put your bait in the snap and then put your hook of choice on the split ring and it should work just fine with any bait! I prefer to fish with snaps so doing it this way works for me and is only slightly different then how you do it with the vertical line tie
Yeah this little mod has put a lot of fish in the boat. I’m hesitant about all glide baits because some are so finely tuned that the smallest bit of weight can screw them up a little
@@Frostin_Austin for sure! Some well placed lead strips, varivas grenade weights or small sections of sticky foam on top of the bait can usually fix any swim and balance.
