- A hole new category of motorized bicycling! This is one of the first working twin motorized bikes! (That I'm aware of). With a little inspiration from the guys at Zeda Motorsports; I've found a similar way to mount two 2 stroke, 80cc engines side by side. With the help of a jackshaft to connect the two dives. If you want a more in depth look on how I did it, feel free to ask. Thanks for watching!

I thought about this the other day. when I was smoking weed. Glad to see it happend.
Thought about it right now while smoking weed
I just had this thought the other day an I smoke fuck ton of weed and we'll here we are
😂❤
This one comment brought so many together from so far away 👌👌
That's so fucking cool dude, ive just built a motorized bike and Ive toyed with this idea of two of the motors on one bike but never actually did it. Really impressive.
Do a walk around video, showing how you built it, be interested to see what you done to sync the drives and clutches and throttles
Is it still working? Cool idea, bet you had some hellified torque.
I have a pretty good idea what goes into setting up one of those dual motor bicycles. It gives me anxiety just thinking about it.
@Kik0 explode the rear wheel maybe
Impressive acquisition
Fantastic Job On The Twin China Two Stroke Build.
Need help 66 80 bbr. Where's the best place to start I never done one before and I need help thank you can get back to me when you can thanks
Think im $$ good bicycle new bbr 66 80 idk got lots into it
Nice going dude. Nice tinkering there!
It actually works !!! Me when anything i build works
I like it, you've worked very hard on it and you're surprised it's working fine ;) Awesome job!
The excitement in this video . I feel it .
Very cool bro. very cool. I'd like to see more about your experience. pros, cons, difficulties, performance? I'll look through your videos to see if you have anything on it. Well done.
This thing is AMAZING.
Looks great, awesome job!!
That is nice work sir I have a big 😃 on my face loom at riding it wow
This is awesome!
That's awesome omgggg
When you love zeda but cant afford it.
Exactly my thought lol
@@samstermotorizedbikes do you get any video recorded working on that beautiful v twin 2 stroke engine how you did it so I can learn from so I can do that to my bike because I really want to know how you do that 😔🙏 please let me know ok because I'm working on a project sickest epic motorized bicycle and that is taking me a lot out of me 💲💲💲 💲😔😭🤬 but thank you I can't wait to see more of your video on UA-cam and learn it from it and
Is zeda really that much faster?
@@vampiregirl32 its a parralel twin not v twin.
Love the video!! keep up the good work. I was just excited as you was🤙🏼🤣
Great machine you created. Couldn't help but notice, you live far out in the sticks. We like your bike. Is a 3 banger in the future?
8 cylinder please
you have any build videos or anything on how you mounted them up together?
Does that make it go any faster
Impressive I have half a bike an the same kit one engine on a fat tire bike need to finish it now
I have never seen one of these with two engines. I have scored a snow blowers with identical 3Hp 2 strokes on them and I thought. I wonder of anyone has ever tried to put dual 2 strokes on a Bike. instantly found this.
Interesting thing about these motors is they seem better built. they have pull starters on them and electric starters as well. I just noticed this is three years old, I will go look for another vid from your channel and see whats up. I was thinking about a ratcheting type jack shaft or maybe dual centrifugal clutches IDK yet though, I have just been "Thinking" I was also thinking about a dual exhaust into 1 or dual set up with expansion chambers. and I was also thinking that regular spokes seem to be a fail point on some of these rides and that maybe a Mag type wheel would be better. It is going to be fun to play with this.
That is one of the coolest things I've ever seen
wow it work goodely and nicely ...good Idea and good job felicitation ...we have the peugeot 103 hear in Algeria it is lake your bike but it is fabricated on turky industrie ...KADATIS from Algeria...good luck and good by...
Am subscribing for more of this bike!
dude made a 2 banger
Dude this is badass
Congrats!
Wow very cool. Good work man. Twice the vibration that's either gonna wake up or kill your little Soldiers 😆.
Haha exactly!
if you took the baffles of the mufflers it would have way more torque, probably would pop a wheelie.
And it would be hella loud and make the engines last less longer
@@Davtt52 yup cuz it shoots all the oil out of it also and it needs the back pressure from the bafflers ...
@@Dark-qz4mx have you seen the 8nside of these muffler they have plenty of backpressure in them with the cap of. The F2 thrust pipe everyone aorta like has like no backpressure hasn't cause anyone any issues 2 stroke don't die if they don't have backpressure just don't burn the excess oil wich makes it less efficient. The motor lubes itself up than spits the exhaust fumes out with some fuel the motor doesn't need that fuel
That was beauty!!
That must pull like crazy.
nope i didnt see any difference at least from video
@Integration Of Man and Machine Engine probably wasn't warm.
How you managed to keep the pedals?
Wider cranks
What is this madness!??
I'm finally back on this idea again
Do you have a video showing your mounting setup
yes I do! It's on my channel :)
is their a tutorial for this
Cool ... Id like to see some tests ... Like up hill and speed test ... Will it pull a 52 tooth sprocket just as fast as p e engine pulls a 44t? Or a speed run done with a 32t ... Will it wheelie?
I'm planning on more videos very soon. As far as the sprockets go; A 44 tooth is about perfect for my needs. It'll get me to maybe 40mph while still having enough power to go uphill and to get me going without me having to help pedal. If it had a 32t, it would be pretty under powered. A 52t wouldn't get me fast enough without the engines screaming at high rpm. It's already different than a regular engines gearing because of the extra jackshaft sprockets to connect both engines... If that makes sense!
Samster is that in Arizona nice are!.
That's just making easy on the motors Wich is good they will last longer stay cooler
could yopu make a video on how you did it ive been workin on a chopper and i want to do this
I have a full explanation video already on my channel
How did you do that?
I've been thinking about this since I saw the video of the 1946 double wiz it's a beautiful bike you should look it up on here great job .. did you use a jack shaft of did you link them another way ?
I've seen that Whizzer before on some forums and I love it! Also yes, I used a jack shaft to link the two engines together. Works surprisingly well!
@@samstermotorizedbikes - I would have loved to see the full video.
You sir are my hero
Awesome build samster!!! I cannot wait for a little bit of tips on building this?
Can't believe it.... a landy!
I'd like to see the video step by step how to mount and link these twin engines together.? I have two 80cc engines for my bicycle I burned parts of one up and bought another one and then later found out the parts I thought were burned up where cheap and easy to replace so now seeing this I'm curious about linking both of mine together for extra speed and Power
I've been debating on making a more in depth video on how I did it. Only thing is with my setup and editing skills it would take a while lol.
@@samstermotorizedbikes I understand the editing challenges. I have a second account I've only posted one video on but I have clips and ideas for 5 - 8 videos I need someone with experience to help teach me better editing. Plus I have to find how to move the complete videos onto a phone for upload as my only internet source.
I've subscribed and belled you, hope you will make a video like I describe earlier as soon as possible. I understand engen repair (3 years school through high school program) as well as dad taught me some industrial maintenance and custom fabrication, so one I have a material list and visual instruction aid, I should be able to figure out the rest. If I can see it in my head, I can usually make it happen.
And then swap it for 212cc predator
I built my first motorized bicycle. Soon as it starts up the engine is already in motion to go without me using the throttle when I squeeze the clutch the engine shuts off when I open the choker to give it some air engine shuts off.why if you don't mind me ask? When it does start up it stays on for a few then shuts off on its own
Sounds like an air leak to me
Range Rover defender and a old Volvo Jesus Christ what other rare cars you go in there
Lol! We've got a Saab Sonnet, a MGB and another Land Rover series 2! My family have just found them over the years.
What kind of jack shaft kit did you use ?? I'm wanting to do same thing...iv got everything except a jack shaft well and engine mounts but that's simple to make...the jack shaft is the tricky part to me ...lol...that is a sweet setup brother
There are two jack shaft mounts actually... One on each engine. They are spaced out the exact same on each so all the baring holes can line up for the shaft. The shaft itself is a 12 inch 5/8 keyed shaft that I bought on amazon. Mounts shouldn't be really hard to make. I made my mounts from random scrap metal!
@@samstermotorizedbikes Oh ok cool yea motor mount isn't a problem at all just making up the jack shaft to go both engine...on the clutch I was thinking ok using the dual line brake lever for clutch or what do you suggest? ...also thanks for responding brother...i like your build better than Rob's...yours is more practical and rider friendly
@@dannyoutlaw8001 It would be a good idea to use a dual brake lever for the clutch! What I used was a regular clutch lever but I put the one cable through both clutches in line with each other. The only problem with that is you have to get the clutches adjusted perfectly so they grab at the same time or else one engine will grab sooner and most likely stall. Thanks for the kind words!
i want one
Really cool, the gearing is way off though since it stalls so quickly when you release the clutch, cant wait for more videos of it.
The gearing is very high, yes. Though I chose it because it's perfect for cruising around at 30/35mph without making the two engines scream. Also, the clutches weren't synchronized in this video since it was my first time riding the bike. In the newest video it has them adjusted. More videos hopefully coming soon!
@@samstermotorizedbikes But because they are 2 strokes, they really got no power at such low rpms so you could lower the gearing by a little bit. But then again, you decide.
@@lengaming1651 Yeah I understand. With both engines it does seem to pull pretty good even at lower rpm. Not it's full potential so I may change it later but idk.
@@samstermotorizedbikes what is the top speed?
That looks like an Awesome win !I can't wait to see more on this.Edit is>my Subscribing.
Top speed
Wow so cool! I can barely get one engine to work for mine 😆
I think your gearing is to tall. I'm figuring your running a chain on both sides using a jack shaft so you would have to change two sprockets on the rear wheel. Or running one sprocket & just taking the power off the jack shaft to that sprocket. I thought about doing this but with two briggs engines. I would also use a CVT for better take off control. No clutch. BTW, Nice build. You may think about getting a carb sync meter tool. it will help a lot to get them synced together.
I like
Hello very nice u just need to reduce your gear ratio you can try by putting a smaller gear on the front and a bigger on the back
Excellent beautiful amazing sublime.
Next video : homemade kawasaki triple 2 stroke
Mach 3 kawasaki, 500 cc, $619 and out the door at 127 mph in 1969.
160cc chinese banshee engine goes hard ngl
I’m calling it a Chinese banshee from now on lol
Be a good video if you explained how you mated both engines together. Great build
man put that thing on my 29 gx7 with mag rims
can i send you my bike
PLEASE make a build video lol
does it feel any different to a normal one, or heavier? any power increases or torque increase you are aware of
@@MaFTB You can’t buy a balanced crank?
@@MaFTB I wouldn’t buy a bottom end like that. It’s not the seals or bearings it’s the castings. Billet aluminum should last~
@@MaFTB 500$ more gets a billet aluminum case
@@MaFTB had 2 crack at threads. I took some off the front engine mount and man were there air pockets in the castings!
How much torque?
To be honest I'm not sure. I don't but if you know how much a regular 80cc has then multiply it by two lol.
Lol still got the padded brakes.
i think they sell electric starts. possible to add to each of them and not have to worry about if one didnt start.
Nope... Only bt80 engines have that option. Pull start is the only way to go though with my setup I can't even do that since the engines are too close together.
@@samstermotorizedbikes ah i see. i built a few bikes , 2 cycle and a 4 cycle bike. i love the torque on 2 strokes but liked the dependability of the 4 strokes. id personally would find a v twin mower engine and try that out. they share a carb and two seperatre coils and run off one starter......or vertical shaft 4 stroke...that be mega interesting! lol
It looks like you might live in nevada. Am I right? I live in fallon
Close but nope! New Mexico. Pretty much where motorized bikes are a rare site sadly...
How!!!
OMG✌️❤️
✌️
My bikes got one engine on it and its faster idk if hes full sending it or not but doesnt seem that much faster ???
Its not meant to be faster, but deliver more torque.
If you have two engines that both send the bike to 30mph singularly, that doesnt equate to 60mph between the two engines.
It will, however, get to that top speed faster than a single engine. It adds weight overall, but speed off the line is increased. So, while the perceived top speed of your bike may be higher, i assure you, two engines in sync will beat your ass off the line and pull hills SIGNIFICANTLY better.
So it isn't speed improvement but it will get your ass faster to the top speed.
@@Mr_Fancypants If you ran a smaller sprocket you would go faster. It has more torque so you would get up to and maintain speed much easier.
I want to see it run wide open high rpm
It sounds like a little yamaha banshee
Where did you get the bits for that build?
The engines are both just the standard kits and all of the mounts where made by me.
@@samstermotorizedbikes do you have patterns available, because I could design my own but really I'd just like an out of the box kit, the main thing I wonder is how the cranks joins
@@radicaledwards3449 I didn't really design them to be recreated. I had scrap metal laying around and just used what I had. Sorry about that. To answer your question: The cranks are not joined together at all. They are two completely independent running engines. The way they drive together is through a jack shaft like you would find on a shift kit bike. The only difference is there are two mounts with one longer than normal shaft. It transfers the one engine's chain to the other. Then they both go down to one gear to the back sprocket. Hope that makes sense.
@@samstermotorizedbikes so then the engines dont even have to be in sync, what is your clutch n throttle set up? I was hoping to build a parallel twin and I might but this seems easier
@@radicaledwards3449 Right... The engines don't have to be synced all the time and will sort of sync themselves once the clutch's are engaged. The clutches are hooked up inline with each other. I fed the cable through one and then strait to the other. I did this so I only needed one clutch lever. I also had to get them to grab at the same time by adjusting the setscrew that holds the cable in place. If they are a tiny bit different one engine will grab before the other and will stall.
Was that a Rolls Royce Phantom?
Close! It's our friends 1975 Silver Shadow.
What was the top speed you're able to achieve
Around 40/45mph and still have quite a bit of torque too
@@samstermotorizedbikes my single engine bike could do that speed but that's cool you have dual engines
@@mozezcen-valley7555 Yeah the whole point was to do something different :)

Seems like twice the headaches
How do you even do this 😭😭
Get a yd100 cc 45 mph
Top speed?
That gas pump was from the market in el mirage, you must be in phelan ca.
Wait'll the front wheel collapses......
The twinmill be like
Lol I was going to name it "Double Trouble"! ;)
Why don't you show both engines closer up?
I have a different video talking more about it on my channel. There you can see it closer up.
The 2 different throttles bother me. Should have split lined them to use 1 throttle
I did. I made a video explaining how I did each part of the build and showed it was one cable to two in a Y configuration... One to each carb.
I think You hit like 75 Mph with that knid doble engine .
Zada was the first one to build the twin engine and test and run
This was MY first start ever. Look at my description.
Where do you live on an Indian reservation?
Lol there is one around here.

wahatsapp ؟
They need to be attached at the crank so to run in twin instead of against each other
