I remember Craig doing l glutamine raw in the mouth and then we started doing it that way. I frist meet Craig at golds gym venice in 99. I was just started bodybuilding seriously. Graig was training chest on the hammer strength incline press. I was such a fan that I was to scared to approach him and get a picture with him. His physique was very special. He was living the dream back then.
Me Too. I met him there around 1999. He was a naturally confident/arrogant guy but was cool with my bodybuilding and gear questions. I Remember when he told me in 2001 he was moving to Vegas. Sad to what happened.
I'm always shocked to hear people _don't dry-scoop creatine; I always assumed everyone did. It's completely tasteless but stays grainy in water; why mix it in your shake instead of downing it with a gulp of it?
I just came here from watching his last Olympia (2002) and it was almost impossible to recognize the handsome, charismatic guy with the beautiful aesthetics in footage from his amateur competitions. Would never have thought he was the same person. There was a huge gap between his amateur and pro years of course when he was in the can. I think he was actually a bigger public star during the amateur years; he was all over the magazine covers I remember as a junior high and early high school kid. I said, some day I will be this handsome and be surrounded by women who look like his first wife. Maybe he still looked okay in 1999. I mean he did make the Olympia in 2001 and 2002 (but not after) but personally I hated the look (and the posing). I think it wouldn't fly today.

Craig was a real banger and satisfied a lot of women and himself in that bedroom and backstage after his stage posing turned on many females and a lot of guys. Women would follow Craig back -stage after seeing him posing on stage. Guys would follow him too. Especially when he set the audiences HOT in Boise, Idaho and when I saw him guest pose at the Palladium theater in St. Petersburg, Florida. Craig looked great in this video. I really shot watching Craig from 12:28 to 12:58. Just beautiful.

Bodybuilding takes lots of discipline to build the ideal physique required to become champion and too live the lifestyle these men are fortunate to have. I have nothing but respect for these athletes.
Craig is a great example why I don't drink or take any kind of drugs. I don't want wake up in the prison and regret for the rest of my life the things I did when I was out of my mind...
Tendence isnt destiny. A lot of ppl around the world are on juice and be themselves with a balance of sanity. Im not here to be judge or lawer, just oppinion.

The reason why Titus killed her was because of drug psychosis in combination with anabolics. I’m going to read that book, actually I think there are a few. Craig should have got 10 years max, not going to justify but he’s not a threat to society. He lost his mind at the time, sure he’s been known to be a hot head, but not the killer type. I think without the amphetamine use or cocaine or whatever that probably wouldn’t have happen, and it was roid rage as well. Steroids too change you mentally, it’s very well known. He needed better legal help, not sure if he can now appeal his case, hopefully for him he serves his 22 years and comes out, gets back in the gym and maybe even make a UA-cam channel, I’d like to hear from him again, he made a bad mistake but he wasn’t in control was he, it was the chemicals.

Speaking for myself but I’m sure some guys and gals will agree that are bb fans. Looking back from 2021currently these guys just looked so much better. Definitely smaller but just had more wow factor to the muscle. Did not look nearly as uncomfortable Back then either.

How long does he have to be in jail? He has been in it for quite some years now and nowadays with good behavior etc .. they still serve half of their sentence behind bars. At least that's the case in my country. Lifelong is 25 years, which means that some are released after a good 12-15 years.
Says he’ll be out in 6 years at age 59. Maybe will catch him on UA-cam some day.
