The most underrated bodybuilder of all time
That machine with the sensor is awesome.....never heard of nor seen one before!
Me either
Must not have caught on. Probably still available somewhere. They have similar machines, without the sensor.
I wonder if the sensor fails at times
yeah, but what if the sensors gets dusted, broken or malfunction? not nice when it doesnt lock when it should xD
To be honest, it seems like one of those things to me that could very well have caught on for the first few years and then some terrible accident happened in a gym somewhere with the sensor failing and that would have put all the nails in its coffin.
My favorite bodybuilder of all time. Lee's physique was amazing.
I've always enjoyed watching lee's workouts...he has this calm ..slow...controlled way...no momentum..no swinging..no bouncing..
Compare this with the way Branch Warren trains. No disrespect, but, it's a completely different level of functional fitness for Lee to have such a controlled beautiful form even when lifting heavy. One of a kind !
Both bodies are different in class branch warren is all about vascularity ND mass monster type ND lee is a legend who comes in decades
Functional fitness literally has nothing to do with it seeing that bodybuilding isn't functional. At all lol. But the difference in builds is something I'd certainly agree with. Branch just seems like he's lifting to be a movie character. Lee lifts to be Mr Olympia.
@@snbirdsfarm673 lee looked way better than branch lmao
His arms are ridiculous.
Branch won the Arnold classic and got 2nd in the Olympia. Your not qualified to critique him
Lee trains with some of the best form of all the IFBB pros. Each rep has a controlled, deliberate cadence. He pulls no punches and tells it like he sees it. Lee has arguably the best upper arms in IFBB history. I used to think Priest's chest was a lagging bodypart, but it retrospect, he's actually very complete and symmetrical. It's simply that his arms are so damn big that they make other muscle groups look small by comparison. If he does make a comeback and doesn't suffer from much nerve damage due to the car accident, it'll be interesting to see just what form he presents come contest time.
who decided what the proper form is/was? that i s proper form? because we dont train the same... full range of motion never worked for me... i tried partial reps BLAM i grew like crazy!... so no one can say what proper form is for everyone!
@@tomandersson5089 if the shoe fits wear it. I must have struck a nerve. To each their own. Have a good day.
Note: I just looked at your pic. Great physique bro. Obviously the partials worked for you. I should have presaged my comment by saying, "in my opinion"....but as you rightly suggest, there are many roads to Rome.
In my opinion, the best form is one that is full of innervation. Feeling the target muscle stretch and contract; contracting the weight up instead of merely lifting it. If it's an all out beyond failure work set I'd do full ROM to failure with 2-3 forced reps (if partner is available) followed by a static hold near the bottom before tension comes off and then possibly a drop set or double drop. Sometimes I'd advocate doing partial pulses or stage sets. I too think partials are effective. I too have used body english to get up cheat reps after strict failure on barbell curls. But for most people, doing an exercise under control, without cheating and without throwing the weight around, is indeed the proper way to lift. For you using loose form may work wonders, but I'm assuming that's not what you're really postulating. If you're reading this trust me, Lee uses great form. Using great form doesn't mean you can't train brutally hard. As a matter of fact, strict training is far harder than loose form training. Make every exercise as hard as possible and you'll make it as useful as possible. If you're new to the iron game use Lee's form as a guide to emulate. Charles Glass is another great guy to learn from. If you'd like email me and I'd be happy to set you up a customized training and dietary regimen.
Yes, his form is perfect, each rep of every exercise is total control. I have been lucky to have belonged to several gyms that had Pro bodybuilders train there, and their mind/muscle link is the thing that I feel separated them from the 'others'. Their concentration while working out was unreal, total focus on the muscle being trained, not on the weight being used.
Dude is a fuckin trainwreck, he aint going nowhere with nothing
Lee deserves a place on the Mt. Rushmore of bodybuilding. Jay Cutler was so impressed the first time he saw Lee that he wondered how he could move. Always have time for Lee. Thank you for this. Exactly. Training in intense heat. Had the best workouts of my life in Vietnam.
This channel is gold Thank you for uploading these gems.
You’re welcome! Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. 🙏🏻
Yeah that's true it's amazing channel old school is beast ❤
"Mr Perfect Technique", Lee Priest.
Lee is one of the all time greats! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
His psychological make up is really what sets Lee apart. Very measured, calm and controlled, very like Frank Zane and I could listen to him all day aswel. 👍
Lee has always been a straight shooter. The more I listen to him, the more I like him. Great guy and great physique.
Even today no one comes close to this guy.
Aussie legend who speaks his mind in true ANZAC style, no BS, straight up and no over inflated ego. Lee, you are a true down to earth bodybuilding legend. A small stature by most competition standards but immense muscle for his height. Thanks for posting this. Much appreciated. If you have more, please upload.
Wow. A piece of free bodybuilding content I haven't seen before. Dope. Thanks Mits!
You’re welcome. There will be LOTS more coming that have never been uploaded. Stay tuned. ~Bruce
Lee priest has to be one of the best bodybuilders to ever be in the game,
OMG, this is what i was looking for ages!!! thanks a lot!!!
If he would have been 5‘11 he would be unbeatable
yea unfortunate truth, not to take anything away from the king
The blond myth, one of my all time fav bodybuilders... crazy genetics
Phenomenal training mindset.. keep em coming MocVideo !
Thank you. Awesome avatar btw. Frank is my fav character of all time.
That has to be the coolest smith machine I have ever seen
That smith machine is FANTASTIC!
Lee is one of the greatest
Thanks buddy
Never seen a machine like this in my life. Crazy
The way Lee looks today is a testament to his training method. There are folks younger who look terrible after retiring from competing. Lee Labarda is also a great example. Maybe it’s the name.
Lee Priest is sure one hell of a beast!
Thanks again Bruce 🤙🏼
The real art and technique of training right there!! Comes from years and years of experience and learning, developing as you go along!!
The dieting and preparation before the day of the competition is also next level - know your body and how it reacts. Why trying to harm your body like most other individuals. Lee understands the meaning of longevity especially in this sport. Super awesome!!
Excellent video Lee Priest, the best I seen yet ❤
I love Lee Preist. His mental is so great. And he looks exactly like Guile from Street Fighter lll😅
Lee's muscle roundness all over was incredible along with the tremendous size 👍
This guy hasn’t changed. #legend
His training is so smooth, it's a pleasure to watch
The symmetry is insane
I really miss this Lee !!
Lee's voice is so pleasant and calming. I almost want to put this on and go to sleep.😊
That Mr olympia 2002 was amazing!!!!
This is like the opposite of blood and guts, mood-wise. Both cool videos btw.
Man Lee was so incredible. Unmatched proportions. Shoulder -waist- arm ratios are insane. Fantastic upload dude. 🤙🙏
Amazing bodybuilder lee my favourite
Lee priest !!!! The greatest of all time!!!!✊👑
Fiel seguidor de toda la carrera de lee priest. Impresionante el respeto que le tiene a la técnica. Un verdadero culturista profesional. Entrena con el alma. Mis respetos lee ❤
He makes it look so easy
That machine is gold
How laiid back is this guy he is something else gives off so much information legend everything is so laid back about everything i don’t think lee realised how good he was different league no one comes close mun he’s plus. He was strong as an ox
One of the few bodybuilders from this era that is still large.
Nice workout man 💪🏻 Amazing bodybuilder
I know Lee is not the biggest but def had one of the best alll around physic’s of all time
You meant ´one of the tallest´ but he was definitely one of the biggest.
Lee: I eat what I want to
bodybuilders today: *measuring out individual grains of rice*
That "smith machine" looks interesting
Right seems like it would be sketchy but its not
Looks like a potential death trap to me.
Best Arms 😎👌🏽
His physic is the most underrated. Holy shizz

That bench press machine is top quality even now i wish my gym had that 💪🏼
I really like his workout, im gonna try it
Just a funny chill dude. Shows up, lifts, eats, and gets huge
Unreal physique
Powertec needs to cut Lee a cheque. He's promoted these guys for decades, unceasingly.
Equipment, checks, you make it.
He's the main reason I even pay attention to them. I hope they treat him well
BEST FORM EVER..BEST BODYBUILDER EVER IN MY OPINION
Damn thank you for these great uploads. It’s interesting to see where bodybuilding was and where it’s currently going. I feel like maybe we’ll go back to a more aesthetic type of look, something that isn’t too crazy big. Only time will tell.
You’re welcome. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
this is some goood content
Thank you! 🙏🏻
The Monk of Bodybuilding so nice and calm

@@MocvideoProductions Yeah! :)
Great gym you built there Lee, I see why would train so early, would have got very hot in summer during the day.
He looks like a He-Man toy doll
Lee was a beast
Triggers me with how quiet and not intense he is while training
True, his mind must be set SO deep within the muscle
Un mito. Top
Amazing arms I have to say
Lee doing the incline bench, the bar looks like it's on rails.
Am I the only one that’s never seen a smith machine like that? 10 years of lifting and that was a first
Rare footage
How does that smith machine work!? That’s awesome!
That bench press is cool
Are you a creator of the posted videos? Cause´ they are freakin´awesome! Amazing job!

Whoa nelly!! When that cameraman first walked in I thought that was a fat old man with tv dinner 😂
Until he spoke I didn't realise it was just Lee bulking up.
