    Another way to put one of your points is to say, feather out the edges, blending the edges. Never mind, you just said it lol. Thank you for sharing your talents, I love your paintings!!

      Red and yellow are in the range of 600 to 700 nanometers. the visible light spectrum that we see is between 400 and 700 nm. That is why they disappear first.

    Yes, thanks for your answer, i use synthetic to, but there is a differene in soft and hard (like pighair) brushes, thats what i like to know.

    • @GebahiArtworks
      @GebahiArtworks  29 днів тому +1

      It depends, if you want to see brush strokes, then yes, use a harder brush and thick paint! But if you just want to paint and not see brush strokes then use a semi soft synthetic blend bristle brush. The Princeton catalyst I suggested is just that!

I feel I have learnt so much I like the understated style and the limited palette and it intrigues me how you use paint in such a frugal manner and come up with such a great painting. It’s actually nicer than canvas and use less paint since it’s smoother! Make sure to use a primer/sealer on the wood. That’s the only drawback about wood panel is the prep! But worth it !
