    Good video. Did you temp the ribs when you pulled them?
    200 or >?

    • @BakersBBQ
      @BakersBBQ  6 місяців тому +1

      Thanks for watching! No, I never temp my ribs. Just go by appearance and feel.

      Thanks for watching Kevin! No I didn’t use the heat deflector and have found that I like the final product better not using it. Happy Smokin 👍🏻

    That looks amazing! I know I'm commenting on a old video but I just got the Bronco recently and am curious what brand of thermometer you were using and if you would recommend it.

    Nice. How did you set up your pit? Was that all one burn without adding anything? Thanks

    • @BakersBBQ
      @BakersBBQ  Рік тому +1

      Hey bp30656, thanks for watching! Yes it was all in one burn without having to add any charcoal or wood. In fact I had enough fuel left that I could have smoked a brisket or butt. I purchased the Bronco Pro charcoal pan and put it in my regular Bronco and I can easily get 20+ hours of burn time at 250*. Below is my video on how I set up this smoker and start it up. Thanks for the advice. Did you seal the joints when you assembled drum?

    • @BakersBBQ
      @BakersBBQ  Рік тому +2

      @@bp30656 You’re welcome. No, there’s no need. It will seal up after a couple of cooks.

    • @BakersBBQ
      @BakersBBQ  Рік тому +1

      Hey Ronald, thanks for stopping by! No the heat deflector is not in. I have found it makes better BBQ without it so I rarely use it. If not already, please subscribe to my channel and like the video…thanks again 👍🏻
