For most cars stock cold air intake is just as good as after market. Car companies work for years to make the stock cold air intake work perfectly with everything, if you get an aftermarket one the coolers that look like stock give best performance.

ive got an airaid on my 2019 charger rt and thing puts so much air into the engine. the air intake is so much bigger than a k and n. love the sound and allows for better torque. highly recommend..

Bavex01XPro lmao, literally 4/5ths of all “builds” in alaska are Imprezas, WRXs, or STI, im so fucking done with them lol. They aren’t bad cars, just they are literally more common than Camrys or Civics up here and people freak out about them lmfao.
I have that same exact car -- same color, same year. Congrats! I love mine so much. I had an 06 STI for 8 years before I got my current one in 14. No modifications on mine, but that exhaust sounds great!

I dont know if these newer WRX STIs still have the Inlet pipe problem but i would get that replaced ASAP if it does. You may already know but the stock plastic ones tend to crack and it causes the turbo to make less boost

I subscribed for fedex, but don't mind the car content at all, I own same color as yours, 2016 WRX, but still dream of having an STi because mine sounds no where near as nice due to FA20 equal length headers. As for a cold air intake, grimmspeed, perrin, cobb, or mishimoto are the best out there.

I would join some of the 2015+ wrx/sti pages on facebook youll get alot of info on your car. first thing i would do for you is take off that blow off valve. they're very bad for your car (any maf based car that is not tuned on speed density).
