On the forge weld, I use a charcoal forge during the cooler months and have had success with welds but in summer (now technically Autumn but still bloody hot) I use a single burner propane forge and just can't get up to the required heat. Is that normal or do I need to adjust my burner.
@@michaeledwards5954 Hi Michael, I wouldn't be well-versed in welding in a gas forge. I use my gas forge for production work and weld in my coal forge. The outside temperature shouldn't affect welding in a gas forge too much once it has sufficient time preheating. Depending on how cold it is, you may need to adjust it!
