A lot of people arent huge fans of the Kurt era of DGD (especially newer Tilian era fans) so thats one reason caviar is rarely suggested for reaction videos. I started listening to DGD during the Kurt era, during this album specifically. Will always be one of my faves. Caviar is very good, it feels like if DGD and Chino made a "song baby" this is what it would be lol! Both Deftones and DGD are from Sacramento, CA so Chino probably did this feature to help a smaller local band (especially at the time 2008) out.
As a huge Kurt fan, we gotta get some of his other stuff on the channel. A Lot Like Birds, Royal Coda, Gold Necklace, and solo stuff are all very good imo. ALLB are soooo good, definitely worth diving into their albums with Kurt (Conversation Piece, and No Place). Orange Time Machines Care is a great starting point, this one speaks to me on so many levels. Hope you check them out! Theyre like a proggier DGD with more serious lyrics.
